Did you e-mail me some time ago and asked for a copy of "FREE BOOK A " But you didn't hear back from me? First I apologise, but please let me explain. Several USA spam blockers have decided for some reason that all my e-mails spam. They have refused to do anything to change this, despite many requests from me and from their subscribers is in the USA. For example of your e-mail provider is a company called "Comcast" I will have received your e-mail BUT they have made it absolutely impossible for me to reply to you. I cannot even send you a plain text e-mail explaining that my e-mails are being blocked by Comcast, let alone send you a book as an attachment!. If you are reading this and wondering why I never replied or sent you your free book that is almost always the reason. I know that some other e-mails have been blocked even before they reach me. For example To David and Rua*** B**** (you will know who you are) I can see from the header that you tried to send me an e-mail asking for a free book but the message including your return address was blocked. HOW TO GET ROUND THIS Please, if this has been your experience, would you do what a number of other people have done and send me an e-mail using another e-mail address from a different provider. It is of course no use sending me another e-mail from the same address as your previous one. In your e-mail please mention that you were one of the ones who was blocked . Hotmail and Yahoo both are happy to give you free e-mail addresses, so it won't cost you anything. OR PHONE ME You can of course phone me John Nutting 061 (7) 3261 2882 but please remember the time difference. Brisbane Queensland Australia is 14 hours ahead of the East coast of the USA and 10 hours ahead of the USA West Coast. For example if you ring me between eight a.m. and eight p.m. USA time, the chances are I will have to get out of bed to answer your call. The best time to call me is after eight p.m. USA time because then it will be morning here. I will be safely out of bed and enjoyed my morning cup of coffee and we we can have an enjoyable talk.

Don't worry about these copyright notices at the foot of each page. It just means I want to hang on to legal ownership of what I write for use in future books.
